Biennale of Sydney install: Roxy Paine at the MCA
Install is now well underway at all seven venues for the 17th Biennale of Sydney which runs from 12 May until 1 August 2010.
This week North American artist Roxy Paine's sculpture starts install on the front lawn of the MCA on Circular Quay. Cherry pickers, welding masks and a lot of passerby curiosity were involved.

Shaun Gladwell solo exhibition launches at Campbelltown Arts Centre
In what is being regarded as a major coup for Campbelltown Arts Centre, a major solo exhibition of work by acclaimed Australian artist Shaun Gladwell will be presented until 16 May 2010. The exhibition presents works by the artist from his presentation at the Australian Pavilion at the 2009 Venice Biennale. Campbelltown will be the only gallery in Australia to present this exhibition.

Artist Speed Dating Event & Art Month Sydney Closing Party 2010
Carriageworks arts precinct in Sydney's Eveleigh played host to the final celebrations for Art Month Sydney's 2010.
