Biennale Artists' Party on Cockatoo Island

More than 3000 guests travelled to Cockatoo Island for the official Biennale of Sydney Artists' Party on Wednesday 12 May 2010. The event was held in the Turbine Hall beneath the spectacular installation work by Chinese-born, New York-based artist Cai Guo-Qiang 'Inopportune'.

Artistic Director of the 17th Biennale of Sydney surveys the scene inside the Turbine Hall on Cockatoo Island. This was part of a photo shoot during the install period for a feature in the Sydney Morning Herald.
